Your money keeps building.
House Account funds never expire while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, any remaining House Account balance will expire 12 months after membership termination.
Annual benefits are use-it-or-lose-it.
Your two complimentary Standard Signature Facials and two complimentary IV drips must be used within the applicable membership year. Unused benefits do not roll over into the following year and are not redeemable after termination.
Birthday benefits don't roll over.
Your complimentary NAD+ and/or B12 shot must be redeemed during your birthday month.
House Account member pricing and complimentary benefits are available while your membership is active and are subject to treatment eligibility and Face Lab membership terms.
3-month minimum commitment. After your initial three months, you can cancel your membership anytime directly through your Patient Portal.
