Face Lab was founded by sisters Tabitha and Sarah, long time residents of San Luis Obispo County who share a deep connection to the community they call home. Over the years, both have built strong roots in the area: Sarah through her work managing a successful dental practice;Tabitha through her role serving the needs of the community as a Nurse Practitioner in local Urgent Care offices.  Though each has pursued fulfilling careers independently, Face Lab represents their shared passions; aesthetics and female empowerment.

While Tabitha has established herself as an aesthetic injector with just under a decade of experience, both sisters have long been passionate about clean beauty, wellness, and skin health. They began as local consumers in the area and quickly recognized an opportunity to bring elevated, wellness-centered aesthetic care to the region. Something our county was lacking. What started with a few friends and family seeking skincare guidance and cosmetic treatments naturally evolved into Face Lab: a space where expertise meets authenticity and clients feel genuinely cared for.

Together, Sarah and Tabitha dreamed of creating a space where friends and neighbors could experience trusted, personalized aesthetic care rooted in wellness, and simplicity.  That dream became Face Lab. Their philosophy is simple: enhance each client’s natural beauty through a thoughtful, minimalist approach, while fostering an environment where confidence can flourish.

Currently, Face Lab services are offered by appointment only, allowing each visit to be thoughtfully tailored to the individual client. Availability is limited to ensure an elevated, highly personalized experience.
